DLC (Carbon Film) offers broadband anti-reflection coating performance while its external protective film effectively prevents adverse environmental impacts (moisture, dust, gas sedimentation), and is insensitive to mechanical collisions, thermal shocks, acids, salts, solvents, and other chemical reagents. The carbon film is composed of carbon and hydrogen. In some applications, coating the window with DLC carbon film and broadband anti-reflection coating is a better approach.

I. Bubble Cleaning:

Structural Features:

1、Independent cleaning tanks are provided, designed with rounded corners for easy and hygienic cleaning without dead corners. The structure features a zigzag four-sided overflow with an overflow trough width of 40mm.

2、Floating debris is discharged through the overflow outlet.

3、A drainage outlet is located at the bottom of the tank, equipped with a removable stainless steel screen. Liquid can be drained into the main discharge pipe via a manual ball valve.

4、An automatic sealing cover is installed on the upper part of the cleaning tank, and an exhaust gas extraction device is mounted on the top of the equipment, connected to the factory's waste pipeline.

Bubble System:

1、SUS316 stainless steel bubble pipes.

2、Uniform upward bubbling design from the bottom.

3、Flow valve controls the bubbling speed.

Liquid Storage Tank:

1、Built-in cooling coil made of SUS316 stainless steel for durability.

2、OMRON digital display temperature automatic control system, monitoring and controlling the temperature of the cleaning solution in the storage tank, with adjustable working temperature.

Circulation System:

1、10-inch stainless steel filter with threaded connection, filtration accuracy of 5μ.

2、Water inlet pipes, circulation pipes, ball valves, elbows, unions, etc., are all made of sanitary-grade SUS304 stainless steel.

II. Aqueous Cleaner and Ultrasonic Cleaning:

Ultrasonic System:

1、Ultrasonic vibration box is of an integrated structure.

2、The ultrasonic vibration box is made of SUS316L stainless steel with a fine 8K finish, 2mm thick.

3、Ultrasonic transducers are installed on the bottom surface.

4、Each tank has 20 transducers, using wafer transducers (Taiwan Xianning).

5、The generator uses the latest IGBT mode control with frequency sweep output, providing uniform and powerful ultrasound, with adjustable output power.

Liquid Storage Tank:

1、Stainless steel liquid level control (SUS316) is installed inside the tank, automatically shutting off the circulation pump and heating system and triggering an audible and visual alarm when no liquid is present.

2、The bottom of the storage tank is inclined at 5° towards the drainage direction, with a drainage diameter of 1". The storage tank is equipped with an overflow outlet for automatic drainage when full.

3、Heating is provided by built-in heating rods made of SUS316 stainless steel for durability, with a heating power of 4KW.

4、OMRON digital display temperature automatic control system, monitoring and controlling the temperature of the cleaning solution in the storage tank, with adjustable working temperature.

III. Spray Cleaning Tank:

Spray Tank:

1、A movable spray arm is installed at the top of the tank, spraying downward and moving left and right to evenly clean the products.

2、Manual ball valves are installed on the spray pipes for easy adjustment of the spray working pressure.

3、Spray water is supplied by a "Nanfang" 304 stainless steel centrifugal pump.

4、The spray tank adopts a sunken structure design to prevent water splashing. The bottom of the spray tank has a main discharge pipe with a 40 external thread.

The bottom of the spray tank is inclined at 5° towards the drainage direction.

5、The height of the mesh rack is about 50mm.

6、Equipped with a 10-inch stainless steel filter with threaded connection, filtration accuracy of 0.2μ.

7、A FFU, Class100, is installed on the top of the 12# cleaning tank to blow clean air.

Liquid Storage Tank:

1、Equipped with a sealed cover.

2、Stainless steel liquid level control (SUS316) is installed inside the tank, automatically shutting off the centrifugal pump when no liquid is present. A stainless steel mechanical float valve (SUS316) is installed for automatic water replenishment at low liquid levels.

3、A water inlet is provided for external water source connection.

4、The bottom of the storage tank is inclined at 5° towards the drainage direction, with a drainage diameter of 40 external thread. The storage tank is equipped with an overflow outlet for automatic drainage when full.

5、Heating is provided by built-in heating rods made of SUS316 stainless steel for durability, with a heating power of 4KW/8KW.
